Thanks for checking us out, you have questions about M.S.O., and we have answers. Below are a list of the most common questions including the most important one, how being a member can benefit you!

  1. Who can join?

The Management Student Organization is open to all students in the Haworth College of Business that are working on receiving their bachelor’s/master’s degree in any business major/minor.

  1. When/Where are the meetings?

Our meetings are on Mondays at 6:30pm.  We meet in Schneider Hall, Room 1265.  For a complete and up-to-date list of our events, please see our event schedule.

  1. What do I wear?

The dress code for all professional events is “business casual/professional.”  We want to present an appropriate atmosphere to those professionals taking time to come speak with us.  If you have trouble deciding what “business casual” means, just ask an eboard member (or contact us).  At all other events, such as social events or volunteer events, casual dress is fine.

  1. Are there only employer events?

There are other activities that the Management Student Organization participates in.  We often have social events that have included sporting events, laser tag, apple picking, and more!

  1. What’s in it for me?

One of the most common questions we get.  Not only is MSO going to give you access to great employers, but we are helping you improve yourself as a business professional!  There are networking events, social events, and volunteering!
